RETURN & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

RETURN

You can return your item within 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order number at ​service@cocosjewelry.com for more information on how to process a return.

Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return is the customer's responsibility.

Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. The refund amount will be the same as the order paid.

Please note personalized orders are non-returnable.
Customized products are made specifically for you; therefore, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not applicable to these items.
Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

If your items are damaged or show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return—they must be in a resealable condition.


EXCHANGE

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Please send us an email to include your order number at ​service@cocosjewelry.com for more information on how to process an exchange.

Customized products, earrings, and pierced items (due to hygiene reasons), and sale items cannot be exchanged.

FAULTY GOODS

All our products are carefully checked before being lovingly packaged.

If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via ​service@cocosjewelry.com and attach an image of the item in the email to expedite the process. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.

If 24 hours have passed since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products will be considered as "misuse by the buyer."


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at ​service@cocosjewelry.com.


UNDELIVERED PARCELS

*If you are not at home
*If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
*If you have not paid customs tax (international orders only)
the parcel will be returned to us.

When the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund for the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you still want the items, you must place a new order.
